Where is Elkland?
Elkland is everywhere. At its base Elkland is creative spirit however,
whenever and wherever it manifests itself. Some physical locations do, however play a more active role in fostering this creative spirit than do others. Important locations include: Elkland School, Old Bank of Todd, Todd Mercantile, various green spaces including three parks in Todd, the streets and public spaces everywhere.
